2. Ensure it shows full coverage, including comprehensive & collision coverage. Comprehensive and collision deductibles may be set up to a maximum of $1,000 each.

3. Proof of Insurance must show:

   • Your Name

   • Insurance Company’s Name

   • Vehicle Info (VIN #)

   • Policy #

   • Effective Date

   • Comp/Collision Deductibles

   • No excluded driver’s on the policy

4. Upload a clear image of your declaration page below.

5. If we have requested proof of payment for your insurance policy, please upload that as well.

6. A representative from our company will verify the policy & reach out if there are any issues.
