At Preferred Loans, we understand that life doesn't always go as planned. If you've missed a payment or are concerned about making your next payment, we're here to work with you. The sooner that we know about your situation, the more we can do to help. 

If you have missed your payment, please reach out to us through one of the following ways:

  1. Online Support Form- Drop a message below to let us know what’s going on or when you plan to make up your missed payment.

  2. Call Us- Speak directly with a representative at (225) 644-0304 during our business hours.

    We are open Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm.

  3. Email Us- Send us an email to info@preferredloans.org explaining your situation. We will respond within 1 business day.

  4. Visit Us- If you prefer a face-to-face conversation, we are located at 12241 Roddy Rd Gonzales, LA 70737.

Missed Payment FAQs

  • Missing a payment will result in a late fee and/or impact your credit score negatively. However, contacting us promptly can help minimize these impacts.

  • Yes! Depending on your situation, we can create a payment plan to work with you to get your account caught up. Contact Us today to get started.

  • After your 10 day grace period, a late fee will be added onto your account. Late fees depend on the terms of your loan agreement. If you would like to know your late fee amount, please contact us.

  • We do not. We handle all debt collection in our office.
