To Create an Account:
Enter your name, email address, loan number, last 4 digits of your social, and your zip code (all info must match your loan).
You will receive an email from Repay to set your password for your account.
Your log in will be your email address and the password that you create.
Pay as a Guest:
Click Guest Account Lookup
Enter your name, email address, loan number, last 4 digits of your social and your zip code (all info must match your loan).
Visit our payment portal each month to make your monthly payments or check your loan balance. If you have any issues or need the pay off amount for your loan, please contact our office at (225) 644-0304 or info@preferredloans.org.

On the payment screen in the online portal, click “Minimum Amount Due”. Enter the amount that you would like to pay & submit payment.

Yes, you can!
On the payment screen, select “schedule payment” instead of pay now. You can schedule a one time payment, weekly payment, bi-weekly or monthly payment.

If you create an account, our portal will save your payment information in your wallet. If you check out as a guest, you will have to enter your payment info in each time.
